William Teulon Blandford Fletcher (1858-1936) British.
Fletcher studied at South Kensington School of Art where he won the Silver Medal and the Queen's prize. Visiting France he met Stanhope Forbes and Bastien-Lapage, on his return to Britain he settled in the famous artist's colony of Newlyn, Cornwall for a short time. Although he successfully exhibited at the RA he was essentially a roaming artist before settling in Abingdon in 1915.
