Tage Eriksson (1916-2003) Swedish
Tage Eriksson was born in the small city of Vasteras about 60 miles west of Stockholm. Eriksson began his artistic life by painting the myriad lakes surrounding Vasteras, capturing them often at dusk handling the changing light with a deft and skilful touch. Eriksson later moved to Gothenburg where he concentrated painting the coastal archipelago of Southern Sweden.
